“And suddenly you know: It’s time to start something new and trust the magic of beginnings.”
Meister Eckhart

My dearest Soulful Seedlings,

Today is a new moon, a new beginning in the lunar cycle, where we can only see the shadowy, dark side of the moon. This new moon shows us that in the darkness of the night and in the darkness of the soil we can plant new seeds and begin a new cycle of growth, reaching upwards towards the bright full moon of awareness, understanding and clarity. It all starts with those initial seeds planted in the darkness.

Although a new moon is a great time to make a fresh start, every moment is a chance for a new beginning. Each time we wake up, each time we take a breath, each time we take a step, is the opportunity to try again.

These moments provide a chance to pause, reflect and breathe new life into our thoughts, feelings and emotions. We can choose a new path, we can decide to follow the path to happiness instead of doubt, abundance instead of lack, peace instead of worry.

We get to choose.

We get to start again.

We get to reset, renew, refresh

Every pause, every deep breath, every moment of awareness is an opportunity to start again. We get to change, we get to flow into the next moment, we get to try again.

We have the opportunity with each new day, each new moment, to breathe, arrive, be present and aware. We get to find new opportunities to arise, be thankful, to be kind, helpful and understanding, to plant the seeds of an idea, of a thought and allow it to flourish with time, patience and nurture.
